Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened, unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Due to the nature of personal care products, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for products that have been opened or used. This policy helps us maintain the highest standards of hygiene, safety, and product integrity for all of our customers.

If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package.

Returns sent without first contacting us and receiving return instructions will not be accepted.

Unless the return is the result of our error (such as receiving the wrong item or a damaged product), customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

If your item arrives damaged, leaks during shipping, is defective, or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@kaleyfive.com.

To help us resolve the issue as quickly as possible, please include:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the product, packaging, and shipping box (if applicable)

If the issue is determined to be the result of damage during shipping, a manufacturing defect, or an error on our part, we will gladly replace the product at no additional cost to you.


Non-Returnable Items

For the safety and protection of all customers, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Opened or used personal care products

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Gift cards

  • Custom or personalized products

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different product, please request a return for any eligible unopened item. Once your return has been approved, you may place a new order for the item you would like instead.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post your refund.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is the result of our error.
